Installing ImpactAware
This tutorial walks you through the process of installing the ImpactAware application.
Installing ImpactAware
To download ImpactAware simply go to the web address you have been allocated and click the link Download ImpactAware. The application will be downloaded to your desktop and is ready to use.
Logging on for the First Time
Once the application has been installed then you will see a login dialog asking for your username and password. If you were sent an email with these details then use these credentials to login to the application. If you don’t have an email with these details then contact your system administrator and request these details directly. Please note that Texonet does not have access to your credentials and our support team will not provide you with your password due to security reasons. If you are a system user and you have lost your password then request your system administrator to reset your account password. If you are a system administrator and you lose your password please contact your key account manager, who will initiate an administrative account reset on your behalf.
